Word forgetting my QAT

My Word 2007 in Vista has started forgetting part of my Quick Access Toolbar - the tools provided by a particular program that works in the background of Word called Trados. I'm quite prepared to believe that Trados has instabilities, but it's been happening more recently - basically whenever I reboot Word. Anything I can do to stop this behaviour? Thanks.

You might try repairing or uninstalling & reinstalling the Trados app, since that's evidently behind the problem.

Thanks Paul. How do I repair a program? I've got my sticky tape, glue, hammer and nails all ready....

Hi Willmow,

You do that from the Windows Control Panel (Programs and Features). Your Trados app may or may not have a repair function. If not, uninstalling & re-installing will be required.
