I'm using MS Word 2010. I need the below requirement in MS Word.
1.) There are 3 pages in MS word
2.) 1st page will have two check boxes.
3.) 2nd page will contain the main content.
4.) 3rd page will contain "THANK YOU".


5.) Only if two check boxes are selected/checked, it should show 2nd page.
6.) If anyone or none of check boxes is checked in 1st first page it should go to 3rd page showing "THANK YOU"
We can do this from Visual Basic. But it want in MS word.
Anyone help, please.
