How to display those characters in word properly?

Hi!
I have a problem displaying sanskrit diacritic symbols properly in word. The program I'm using to display sanskrit is non unicode. But the problem is strange since it happens when I use russian windows 7. All those diacritical symbols are displayed as russian letter, while in english win 7 they are displayed correctly.
I already tried different options in system locale, doesn't help.

Any ideas, please?

If this is single element and there is no need to edit it later, you can paste it in the document as image.
