I am not new to ms word as a tool for documents however I have had an idea for a document in word but I am unsure if it is possible so i was wondering if you could tell me wether or not it would work
So I am trying to create a template for proposals that can be used as a simpler way of writing up proposals for pre-defined categories. So on the word doc I would like there to be a few check boxes at the top( eg red, black, yellow) and then a few labelled text boxes underneath( sixe, shape, volume). when a user clicks a check box eg yellow then the word doc fills in the values for shape, size and volume for the colour yellow.from a pre-determined source. does that make sense? I dont know- its kind of hard to explain. but basically it is a system that makes entering data that is the same for certain criteria everytime quicker. |
