Default Formatting Problems when Pasting

Hi all

One of my colleagues has repeated problems when pasting between documents (Word 2003 on XP PC). She will have a proposal document layed out in our standard format with Titles, subtitles, paragraphs etc. then when she pastes information from a different document the whole thing screws up. The second donor document may well have originated from the states, with different page setup/print driver governing.
Is it possible to "fix" the formatting such that any text pasted into her document conforms to her current settings rather than overriding and corrupting them?

TIA

Phil
