Multiple pages template
Hi,
I search for answer to my problem, containg creation of multiple pages template. I need to create a single page template with header and footer filled with text. But when a user create a document based on this template and continue to write a text to next page, I need to deactivate header and footer on the other pages. What is important, that I need the template to make it itself, not with a need of any user action. Simply: if the user write and go with the text to page 2, I need this page automaticly to be without header and footer. Is it even possible to create such a template in MS Word? Please help, I'm starting to be desperate about that. Thanks |

Hi Tom,
When you create your template, enable the 'different first page' setting via Page Layout > Page Setup > Layout. This will allow you to have your header & footer information appear on the first page only.
