Please could someone tell me how to create an address in a word document without having a 10 pt spacing between lines when i use return.Many thanks

Hi Eric,

Please don't keep posting the same question over and over.

There's numerous ways you can do this, including:
1. Instead of pressing Enter to create a new paragraph, press Shift-Enter to insert a manual line break in the existing paragraph
2. Type the address, then select the paragraphs and use Paragraph > Indents and Spacing and set the before & after values to 0.
3. Create an Address paragraph Style with the aatributes you want and apply that to your address paragraphs.
