Default Adding an editable form to website using Word

I am making a website for our company and would like to make a page containing a copy of our time sheet that our employees can fill out and submit online. I am using Office 2003 and I know you can use word to make an editable form (I've been tinkering with it so I think I'll be able to do what I need to in that respect), but I'm not having any luck incorporating this into the website. If anyone has any advice or tips I would greatly appreciate it.
