Default Way to Make Macro Work Through "Review" Tab?

This is an awesome macro. The problem I'm having is that i have to click on Review tab and click word count from there to get the word count to update in the properties showing in windows explorer (and folders using "details" display). Is there a way to make this macro work through that function?
