Default accept grammar errors

I have a document that shows grammar errors. I want the area to be just as I have written it, regardless of the errors. My problem is that I want to send this document out to someone and I don' want to document opening up and showing errors. Is there anyway that I can prevent the document form looking like it is riddled with errors?

Hi Newbe1,

Do Ctrl-A then, using the 'Set Language' option on the Review Tab, check the 'no proofing' box.

I'm not sure what you mean by 'group' but, if you're using the 'no proofing' setting, it really shouldn't matter.
