accept grammar errors
I have a document that shows grammar errors. I want the area to be just as I have written it, regardless of the errors. My problem is that I want to send this document out to someone and I don' want to document opening up and showing errors. Is there anyway that I can prevent the document form looking like it is riddled with errors?

Hi Newbe1,
Do Ctrl-A then, using the 'Set Language' option on the Review Tab, check the 'no proofing' box. Cheers, Paul Edstein [MS MVP - Word] |

In what group should the set language be in?

I'm not sure what you mean by 'group' but, if you're using the 'no proofing' setting, it really shouldn't matter.
