Putting Solid Blank Lines on 1/2 Upper Left of Page
I am preparing a document that needs to have three solid line with 1.5x spacing. The problem is I only need them about 4" wide from the left margin. This is compunded in that I need it in 12 point. On the rigt side--in line with these lines are the name of a company , which is in 38 point type. With two lines of type below for the address and phone #.
The only way I have been able to get the lines in position and properly spaced has been by utilizing a txt box, which is fine if I could get the border of the "box" to disappear. ---------------------- 38 Point Type ---------------------- Address ---------------------- Tel # Thanks! |

I just came up with the idea of printing the document as is, without the lines I need and then formatting another document with the lines only and running the already printed document through the printer a second time to pick up the lines.

Lines
You might also look into Word's hidden Style Separator. You can look it up, but not in Help or other Microsoft documentation. check the web. In short, it allows you to include two paragraph styles in a single paragraph. It's a little tricky to use, but sometimes useful.
