Every once in a while, someone sends me a Word document (or what appears to be a Word document) which is viewable in print layout and in web layout but not in normal layout. If print is selected, a blank page will be printed. These documents have a .doc extention.
This is true of the Microsoft Office Calendar documents because I think they are "virtual web documents" or something. I have been able to print such document in the past by opening it with internet explorer or using some such trick but I can't remember now how to do this. A similar issue is the problem of getting blank prints from Word documents that have had images pasted on them. How do I get a print from such documents? |
