Type once - enter twice
Thanks in advance for any help on this! I would like to enter information on page one of a document and have it also show up (without reentering) on subsequent pages. This is similar to the header/footer function in word or the way an excell cell reads another. Can this be done?

Can't you use bookmarks? You enter once the information, give it a bookmark, and insert the bookmark text where you want to refer to. Any change in the bookmark text on page one, will get updated elsewhere. Still requires you to enter the bookmark on each page you want to refer to the text...
