![]() Hi Jon, The one you most likely want to remove is done via: File|Options|Customize Ribbon > Keyboard Shortcuts: Customize > Categories: Commands not in Ribbon > Commands: ResearchLookup > Current Keys: Ctrl-Shift-O > Remove.

Yeah, that seems like it should work, but I've seen it before and tried it.
Just to be sure, I tried it again. Guess what? That stupid Research Pane still pops up. Because the keyboard shortcut isn't the same as the Alt-Click that also activates the Research pane. So I've disabled it again. Thanks anyway. |
