Hello
In our business we have a letter head template which is set in the header. This gets updated when staff leave and join, which happens reasonably often. We have over 150 different letter templates that use the same original Letter head template. I am wanting to update the letter head. Previously this meant going trhough all 150 letter templates and updating manually. I want to be able to make changes to teh original Letter head (in teh header) and for this to automatically update all teh other 150 odd letter templates. Is this possible? THanks Luke |

Use the "object" Item in "Insert" Menu Item. Make sure that you click the check box "Link to File"
This way when you modify the main header all your files will be updated. NOTE: You may need to right click on the link to update the link. Though if the 150 files that you use are closed when you modify the main letter head template then they should be updated automatically.
