Default Finding where I last worked on a document.

I have been editing a large document for some months and when I stop for a break I normally place XXX.

Last time I worked on the document was a month ago when I was knocked down with pneumonia and I forgot to place XXX.
Is there a way that I can find where I last worked on a document?

I looked it up and its Shift F5 which takes you to where you last worked on the document.
