In reply to your question, I don't know any way of sharing a picture of the problem because my print screen button won't work in Windows 11. It always has in other versions of Windows. I can't revert to windows 10 because it is obsolete in the country I now live in.

That suggests you have more of a problem with your Windows installation than just the display of comments in Word.

Regardless, you have been asked multiple times to supply an actual document exhibiting the problem, not a screenshot.
