Question How to enable 'personal information removal' for select documents?

I opened a client's Word document today and saw a banner showing:

Quote:
Personal information removal enabled. This document it set to automatically remove personal information when saved and can impact your collaboration experience. Only keep this setting if needed.
How can I enable this setting for some of my own Word documents?
