![]() I have been going round in circles for hours trying to fix this one and I can't. It is just driving me mad. My normal style has 18pt line spacing after it. What I want to do is when a user hits the bullet point list on the toolbar, I want that list to have 0pt line spacing after it as default. I do not want them to have to apply a style to list or anything. I just want it to work straight out the box. However I cannot work out how to do this. PLEASE, can anyone help?! |

It's not clear what you mean. Why is there a user, and why would he or she be clicking on a bulleted item?

Everything has a user. In this case the user is the person using word, be it me or someone else.
The bullet point list on the toolbar. |

As long as you are simply applying bullets to Normal, and maintaining Normal as your style; and as long as you wish to maintain 18 pts after in your Normal style, I don't know of a solution. It is easy enough to create a new bullet style with 0 pts after, but this you would have to apply as a separate style. Have you considered creating such as style and making a shortcut button on the Quick Access Toolbar?
