buiding blocks issues
Hi, this is my first post. My name is John and I hope to find a solution to my problem here.
I'm creating comments that I can use in home inspection reports. I had been using autotext in Word 2002 but I have now upgraded to Word 2010. In building blocks I have been saving comments in a specific style text. Some of text styles are automatically changing ; IE- A comment saved like this > There's a broken window at..... ...will automatically get changed to > There's a broken window at....... Every way I've tried to correct the changes, they keep reverting to the other styles. Whats happening here and how do I fix it? Thanks for your time. |

Hi John,
If you could post an extract from a document showing, the problem that would make diagnosis easier.
