This is the results I am looking for.
There is a manual hard break at the end of the dates. I want 2 empty lines between each dates *1/20/25 *1/21/25 Hopefully, this makes sense. |

That is best handled using space-before/after for paragraph spacing, preferably in the paragraph style.

I assumed that you simply want the space there in your printed or displayed document.
If you want lines to type on, the answer would be different. From the first link I gave you: 2.2 Why you should press Enter only once to end a paragraph |
