Sorry. I found a page to answer my question. However, the instructions don't work for me in Word 2019 on Windows 10.
I have an endnote page at the end of a chapter. However, Word, like it would for a footnote, put a separator line above the first note. I want the endnotes on a separate page with no seperator line, like a normal book or article. How can I have endnotes but get rid of the separator line? The page I found said to go to View and choose draft. Then double-click on any endnote. However, in draft mode, my endnotes all disappeaed. So this isn't the answer. Thanks. |
