Unhappy Move Quick Access Tool bar & Filename

Win 11; Word 16. The QAB; is suddenly above the ribbon . How can I restore it to below the ribbon?

Also the document file name appeared above the ribbon but has now disappeared completely . How can I restore it?

Above the Ribbon is the default location. If you want it below the Ribbon, go to File|Options>Quick Access Toolbar, and check the 'Show Quick Access Toolbar below Ribbon' option.

You can also use the dropdown at the end of the QAT.
I assume you want the Filename to remain in the Title Bar.
