Probably, but without knowing exactly what you mean by a bar tab, we can't tell you which approach to take since the correct approach depends on what you're working with.
Can you attach a document to a post with some representative data (delete anything sensitive)? You do this via the paperclip symbol on the 'Go Advanced' tab at the bottom of this screen.

I don't believe you can change that tab's color. You can achieve the same effect, though, with coloring, by setting a paragraph border and assigning your preferred color to it. Bordering also gives to a lot more border styles to play with.
