Office 2021: How to disallow "page break" from being alone on a blank page?
For example, in the screenshot below, the "page break" appears alone on a page. How can this be prevented?

Delete the page break.

If your intention is to always have chapters start on a new page you should modify the Heading1 style to have a page break before.
