My cousin came round a couple of weeks ago with some work from college to print off that was created in A3 size. I changed the document to A4 for her and all was fine until my brothers came to print some adverts off. This is what the document they created looks like... Print Screen but the print screen and actual print looks like this... Print ScreenOnce my cousin left I reset everything but it didn't work, I've also completely uninstalled Office and re-installed it but with no luck.

Any ideas would be appreciated thanks.
