Default Change size of form fields

Hi

I created a document for people to fill in & thought it would be easier to add form fields so they are restricted in what they can enter
However, whilst it was all beautifully laid out, on 1 page, as soon as I added some form fields, the formatting all went to pot & it's now on 2 pages.

Is there a way to restrict the size of the form fields so that it stays on one page?
Ta
