Hi there,
I've zipped the .docx fiile. There are a bunch of web links, but nothing bad.



You can see in the image that the TOC has several headings (at the beginning/top of the document) that do not appear in the navigation pane.

I don't care so much about the nav pane, but I want to insert an internal link (via Ctrl+K) to a bookmark. I can't link to those first headings though, because they don't appear in the "target selector" dialog.

Any idea why these first few headings are invisible when creating links?
How should I remedy?
