You could try formatting the names with a Character Style to not check spelling or grammar. See Creating "No proofing" styles in Microsoft Word - No Spell Check character style and Code paragraph style - keep text from being checked for spelling or grammar.
Such styles can be attached to a keyboard shortcut and can be turned off by pressing Ctrl+Spacebar.


Alternatively, you could so format the names and save them as AutoText or QuickParts. Use those entries to insert the names with the no-proofing setting.
