Document uses repeated words multiple times

Hello,

I have a story I am writing in which two of the characters - Doctor Doctor and Sai Sai - have repeated words.
Word automatically flags the repeated word.
How can I teach it to ignore the second Doctor and Sai without telling it to ignore all repeated words?
