Table of contents has blue and black headings, they should all be blue
I have created a table of contents, using the create table of contents feature in word. When the table of contents is created, one of my headings is shown in blue, the others are all black.
All of the headings that I have created are the same colour, a light blue. So, how do I get the table of contents to reflect that? Thanks in advance, Glen |

Usually it will be because there is local formatting on that particular heading. Go to that heading, select it and press Ctrl-Space and Ctrl-Q to remove local formatting, then update the TOC - does the colour remain?

Modify the TOC styles (TOC 1, TOC 2, etc.) to control the display of entries in the table of contents.
If you changed the colors of your headings by modifying the heading styles, those colors will not be reflected in the table of contents.
