Default Word transcribe incomplete

Hi folks,

I have a peculiar thing happening with Word Transcribe, whether online or in the desktop app. I need to transcribe interviews in a language other than English, every time I've tried it will give me only like the first 2 minutes (of a 1hr+ recording) and even then it's completely incorrect - incomplete sentences, time jumps where the transcript time stamps refer to something said half an hour into the interview while saying it's the 10th second of the audio file etc

I've tried with mp3 and m4a files and it's always the same result. The only time it worked was when I downloaded the audio of a video from YouTube as an mp3 and had it transcribe in the web-based Word. But then it wouldn't work with my own interview audio file right after.

I'm using Edge on Windows 11 or an up to date Word app on desktop and haven't hit the 300min per month limit.

Any help would be appreciated.
