Listing all custom kB Shorcuts
I remember seeing a util/macro that will list all the current shortcut keys that I have assigned all over the place to style, macros etc. But now I cannot find it... Anyone know? Thank you and have a good day! Susan Flamingo |

Try printing a list of shortcuts. At File > Print, click the Settings drop down and choose the Key Assignments option. Click the Print button.

Well, guess what? The document was blank. I had suspected something was wrong. Checked and saw that all my macros were pooooof gone! So because I have a BU of my normal.dotm (thanks to a macro I got here I was able to restore from that backup/ I really don't know why this happens to me.

I'm glad you were able to restore Normal from a backup.
Does printing key assignments now work again?

Yes, now it appears that they are all there. Thank you so much for this. It would have been helpful if they had a way to show this within Word itself in one easy command instead of having to go print it.
Thanks again SF |

You can print a PDF, using the Microsoft Print to PDF virtual printer (= PDF converter), if you prefer that option. See also Charles's post and especially the linked article.

You may also want to troubleshoot the original issue that deleted the Normal template. How come that Normal was deleted or renamed in the first place?
There were some reports a couple of years back that the Office updater replaced the template, but the template wasn't actually deleted, only renamed to Normal1, PreNormal, NormalPre or similar names, all present in the user templates folder where Normal usually resides.
