I'm glad you were able to restore Normal from a backup. Does printing key assignments now work again?

Yes, now it appears that they are all there. Thank you so much for this. It would have been helpful if they had a way to show this within Word itself in one easy command instead of having to go print it.

You can print a PDF, using the Microsoft Print to PDF virtual printer (= PDF converter), if you prefer that option. See also Charles's post and especially the linked article.
