Word 2021: How to "reset graphic" while maintaining font size in hierarchy smartart?



As shown in the screenshots below, adjusting the font size of the hierarchy SmartArt may result in the figure not being neatly presented. I assumed that the "Reset Graphic" tool would address this issue. However, it resets the font size back to "6"!

How can this dilemma be resolved?
