There are some limitations to proofing suggestions in Office/Word. Generally, suggestions are better if the typo at least starts with the correct letter, in my experience. :-)
You should report inconsistencies and errors with the spellchecker directly to Microsoft, as Charles has already suggested. In Word, click Help > Feedback. For spellchecking provided by the operating system, use the feedback mechanism in Windows. See Send feedback to Microsoft with the Feedback Hub app - Microsoft Support.
