1. The StyleRef field is well documented in Word's online help: see Field codes: StyleRef field - Microsoft Support


You may find it helpful to review Word's online help before posting questions as you may get the answers you need more quickly.

2. The StyleRef field will display the text as it was typed. The heading on page 15 wasn't typed in uppercase. That has been applied afterwards as font formatting.
