Too Many Styles in word document
I am creating a resource guide that is now 200 pages. Most of the information is copied and pasted from internet sources. I would like the fonts to be uniform
Is there a way to find and replace a style? I've looked on Youtube, but my search words might not be exactly right. I have attached a snip of the styles listed in the document Thank you, Marianne |

A simple search on Google/Bing for "word find and replace styles" would provide the same answer |

Note also that much of what you may be seeing in the Styles Pane could be direct formatting. See Styles Pane content in The Styles Pane by Suzanne Barnhill, MVP.
Checking the boxes for showing font and paragraph formatting in the Styles Pane will do this. If this is what is showing, for anything that you want to have the particular look, develop real paragraph or character styles and use the Replace feature for that.
