How one can add pagination and chapter headings in headers?

How one can add pagination and chapter titles in headers (such as those designated with styles Heading 1, Heading 2 etc.) so they can update automatically with new chapters titles and maintain pagination? I would like different titles for odd and even pages with page numbers at the left for even pages and at the right for odd pages.
