Trying to replace a double paragraph mark, with a single
I am working on a very long document and I want to convert double paragraph marks into only one. You can see in the attached example there is a paragraph character after the "such" and then another one directly underneath.
My aim is to just have the one after the "such" without another one directly underneath. I thought I could do a bulk replace finding ^v^v and replacing it with ^v That doesn't seem to work though. Is there any advice on how I can do this? |

Thanks for that. I read your document which helped out enormously.
I'm not sure why in the Find-Replace option the symbol for a paragraph character is different to what it needs to be for the replace to work, but I'm grateful for your help. If you did write that article, just letting you know there is a typo towards the top. You have "severl " instead of "several". |

No, I did not write the article. It was returned by Bing search - one of many.
