Thanks for that. I read your document which helped out enormously.
I'm not sure why in the Find-Replace option the symbol for a paragraph character is different to what it needs to be for the replace to work, but I'm grateful for your help.

If you did write that article, just letting you know there is a typo towards the top. You have "severl " instead of "several".
