Default Make pages/sections disappear depending on selection from dropdown list

Hi!

I would like to know how can I make things from my word document disappear/get hidden, when in a dropdown list at the very top, I select a particular opcion.
The thing is that depending on the option, ideally, the people should see either the whole document or just parts of it.

How can I do it?

Thanks so much
