I'm trying to remove all instances of (Appendix + number) from a text. E.g. (Appendix 1), (Appendix 2) and so on. Can't seem to do so using (Appendix #) in the 'find' box (#= any number) and a blank space for replace, with wildcard enabled. It works just with the word 'appendix'. Any ideas? Thanks. |

If you are using paragraph numbering for your appendix, you can't search for a particular number, because para numbers are generated dynamically; they do not exist as text strings in the document.
