Still having trouble with emailing member profiles that includes their photo. I downloaded the Graham Mayer "Mail Merge with Graphics" Add-In and the Graham Mayer "Mail Merge Graphics" detail, read both articles and loaded the Add-In into MS Word 2021.
I then created another document, started the mail merge as an email document and inserted the Mergefield items. I clicked where I wanted to load the photo and clicked on "Insert Graphics Merge Field" (the Graham Mayer Add-In). I clicked on the picture I wanted and clicked on "Complete Graphics Merge" (again the Graham Mayer Add-In). I immediately got an error code. (See attachment)
