That black arrow does not print. It is there to show you an expanded heading.
Apparently that paragraph is a blank paragraph.
Click in it without selecting anything and change the style to Normal.

It also helps figuring out problems in Word in you display the non-printing formatting marks. They would show where you have pressed the Enter key.

I don't understand, how do I select the triangle? I tried, but I don't know if I did it correctly? But I don't understand what I need to change? Which button should I click?

Espandi/Comprimi - (Expand/Collapse) - and you want to choose Espandi Tutti - Expand all headings - in order to see your whole document.

When the arrow is pointing directly to the right, it's collapsed. When the arrow is pointing down, the text beneath the heading is already expanded.

I don't understand, I clicked both collapse and expand with the mouse but the arrow remains, I just want to remove this annoying arrow that I don't need?

Did you actually look at the document? All of the content is formatted with Normal(Web). There are no headings.

Press Ctrl+A to select the entire document.
From the Home tab re-apply the style Normal.

You cannot get rid of the triangle except by not using paragraphs with outline levels in your document. It is not something that prints, it is there to assist you with the Expand/Collapse.
Collapsible Headings

This has been built into Word since Word 2013. You are not the first person to dislike the triangles or the expand/collapse feature. It is not optional, though.
