How do I remove this black arrow that follows me every time I move the mouse.

When the arrow is pointing directly to the right, it's collapsed. When the arrow is pointing down, the text beneath the heading is already expanded.

Did you actually look at the document? All of the content is formatted with Normal(Web). There are no headings.
