background and text color

In our writer's meeting, a new member brought his mac notebook with Word on it. He had a black background with white text, but doesn't remember how to change that. He wants to set it back to white background with black text. How does he navigate to make that change.



Alternatively, he at least wants to print normally, black text onto the white paper, as in not trying to ink the whole page in black.
