Default How can I get Word 2013 to open on Documents?

Windows 10 Home, 64 bit
Word 2013

As I start Word, or try to open a document, the page that appears offers me the choice to open various recent files (on the right pane) or Computer & OneDrive (on the left pane), but no choice to access Documents directly. If I want that, I have to go through Computer (on the left pane) first, which adds two unnecessary steps every time.

Given that all the files I want to open are in Documents, is there a way to get Word to open directly there? In the past, my Word 2003 used to do that.

Alternatively, is there a way to add Documents to the choices on the left pane?
