Default Editing multiple docs

I have a folder full of docs that have one line of text and a scanned file on each. I would like to be able to edit all the text lines in one operation. I'm using Word 2002 on Windows XP.

I'm not good with computers so keep it simple. If it can't be simple, please be very specific.

Thanks in advance

Frank

Default Doubt

If it is possible, it will require writing a custom macro, as far as I know, and that's not simple.

Not the best news but it's better than wondering.

Thanks
